We’re bringing SUPER AI into SUPER., our new AI-powered customer support experience, designed to make getting help faster, more contextual and easier for everyone using the platform.
SUPER AI is now live with our new in-app chat support feature.
Instead of searching through menus and manuals, opening separate tools or switching to email, our users can now ask questions, describe an issue and interact directly with our support team from within the system. The conversation stays in the same place, with the response coming back in the same chat.
Each conversation is automatically linked to the logged-in user and the account they are working in, giving our support team the relevant context from the start.
For users working across multiple accounts, conversations remain separated by account. And because yacht management rarely happens on a personal laptop, we’ve designed it with the realities of working on board in mind. When a user logs out, their conversation resets, so the next person using a shared ship-office PC or bridge workstation starts with a clean conversation.

Support, where the work happens
The new chat removes several steps from the traditional support process.
An engineer can report an issue without having to pass it through the captain or management office. A superintendent can ask a question about a specific account without having to explain the wider context. And a crew member can simply ask when they’re unsure about something, rather than putting it aside or waiting for someone else to report it.
Users can provide the relevant module, record, expected result and actual outcome directly in the conversation, helping our support team diagnose and resolve issues faster.
That removes friction from a process that has traditionally depended on email, screenshots, forwarded messages and relay chains.
This is just first phase
In the next phase, we’re continuing to develop SUPER AI to make support even more contextual and proactive, integrated into the way you work.
