We are now entering a new phase of commercialisation and international growth — and are hiring a dynamic, entrepreneurial CEO to lead this next chapter.
Build and scale our global Go-to-Market engine to drive adoption of our SaaS product across key markets and lead direct enterprise sales activities for major projects
Drive international revenue growth (Europe, US, Middle East) across SaaS and enterprise project business
Own pricing, packaging, positioning and the full commercial KPI framework
Establish forecasting, CRM discipline and accountability across the funnel
Take full ownership of P&L, budget and operational priorities
Ensure structured reporting to the parent company besecke GmbH
Build scalable processes across Finance, HR, Legal and Administration
Transform early traction into a repeatable, data-driven operating model spanning SaaS and complex project deliver
Lead and scale a cross-functional team of currently ~10–15
Oversee coordination between software development, product, and project teams to ensure predictable delivery
Create clarity, alignment and execution discipline across the organisation
Hire and develop key roles in Sales, Marketing and Account Management
Establish an ownership-driven performance culture
Work closely with our CPO on long-term product vision and roadmap
Translate customer needs, project requirements, and market insights into product direction
Ensure product and Go-to-Market evolve in tight alignment and support operational readiness for large-scale implementations
Represent SUPER. in global yachting hubs and at major events (MYS, METS, Palma, YARE)
Build strong relationships with captains, fleet managers, shipyards and consultants
Engage directly with key accounts and enterprise customers
Position SUPER. as the modern, intuitive standard for yacht operations
Background in project management for complex technical or software-driven projects
Hands-on experience in direct enterprise sales or commercial ownership
Experience leading and scaling a small team (5–30 people)
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, funnels and economics
Ability to work closely with engineering and product teams in a delivery-focused organisation
Fluent, negotiation-level communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
Bachelor's degree
Experience in the yacht ecosystem (Captain, Chief Engineer, ETO, Fleet Manager, Yacht Management, Shipyard or Maritime Tech)
Experience integrating software development, product, and project delivery structures
Dynamic, hands-on, structured and execution-strong
Strategic thinker with clear commercial instinct
Comfortable operating across sales, delivery, and product/engineering interfaces
Strong communicator with international presence
Thrives in a fast-moving, scaling environment
